Anchor — Terms of Service

Last updated: July 28, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Anchor, a habit and routine tracking application ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Anchor lets you create and track habits, build guided routines, receive reminders, and view progress statistics. The Service is provided on web and mobile.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

3. Plans, Billing & Cancellation

Anchor offers a Free plan and two paid Premium options:

Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the app's Settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; if you believe you were charged in error, contact support and we will review it.

Prices may change with reasonable advance notice; changes will not apply retroactively to a Lifetime purchase.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other users' data, disrupting or overloading the Service, reverse engineering it, or using it for unlawful purposes.

5. Your Content & Data

You retain ownership of the content you create in Anchor (habit names, routines, notes, check-ins). We process this data solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may delete your account at any time, which removes your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability & Changes

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Anchor is a productivity tool and does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
